Nice images , features IR, tilt, pan, voice/ talk, floodLight, pain to install, way too sensitive !
Review for TourAlle 1080P HD Pan/Tilt/Zoom Security camera. This is my initial review just got the camera this week and recently installed it.First thing: App:Set up, not as easy. 3 options to set up.1. Downloading App via QR code. The QR code is included in the little instructions. When scanned, it takes you to what browser warns as an impersonator trying to steal your info. No!2. Option 2 is to go to App Store and download app. Recommend.Once app is installed on your Smart phone there are a 3 Methods to set up WiFi 2.4GhzWiFi configuration:1. Via QR code2. Smart Config3. AP configIt was a pain.Camera would not read QR code on the App.Every time you went through all the prompts at the end will tell you “Device not found”Every time it was retried you must go though the whole set up over and over, including adding password every time, as it does not remember it.Finally after multiple attempts with QR mode, I moved to second method, which after a couple of attempts was able to find the device. Took me 30 min or so.The WiFi reception for me is very good however my router is only 10 feet away from camera. Now installing Micro SD card:Where the heck is the slot. Nicely hidden. Small hatch in the back of camera with 2 little cheap screws needs to be removed and under the chip board(mother board) there is a small slot next to the reset button. Found it ! Only took me 15 min! Now Wall installation:Fist of all, this camera CANNOT be mounted under an eave or soffit as a someone in the Q&A section said.Yes, it has pan and tilt, but is limited to 320 degrees and 90 degrees respectively. Thus if mounted on an eve image would be upside down and tilt would show the sky or the floor. For proper viewing angle camera CAN ONLY be installed against a wall as shown in the pictures. Now when installing:Camera has a main wire which holds your connectors.1. Power2. Ethernet ( huge large plug 3/4 inch)3. Optical cable?I only used the power one. This main cable comes out from behind the camera and directed downward. Cannot be adjusted to come out to the sides or upwards. It should to facilitate your desired installation against the wall. I did not want cable hanging from the bottom, as it can be easily disconnected and now camera is 86’ed by would be thief. I modified it by removing wall plate backing and adding a groove on the top of the wall wall plate, allowing cable to now exit the back of camera from the top, without interfering with plate mount. This allowed me to put cable through in & out my eve, again minimum cable visibility & limited access to anyone trying to disconnect camera.Power cable:About 6 feet with provided extender.Has a plug with a resistor/capacitor, which is huge.2x3 inches, will cover dual wall plug socket.Mountain on wall:If outdoors on masonry/ brick wall, it’s a pain!Access to mountain slots/screws is impossible. You MUST take camera apart. Cheap tiny screws hold the camera dome from wall plate stem. Tiny screws, very hard to get to them, especially if mounting against a wall under an eve 8 feet on a ladder. And once you mounted wall plate you need to put these cheap little screws back, along with inner gasket, to provide weather seal for internal bits, all of course needs to line up, so dome, gasket, wires are all tucked and fitted into the camera dome. You cannot completely separate wall mounting plate from camera dome( internal wires make it impossible)Very very inconvenient. One you done all this, camera has nice image clear,Pan and tilt a bit loud, can be heard in App. Some lag/ delay as you pan & tilt. Sound ( talk & listen function) is crackly and okay at best. However it’s nice to have.IR mode very cool however EXTREMELY sensitive. You must set sensitivity to LOW and at times turn off the motion tracking and I kept motion detection active. The camera has a flood light systems, about 6 powerful LED bulbs that turn on when movement is sensed. A bit of wind, trees moving in the distance can trigger sensor, turning lights on and triggering prompts to your phone.Too sensitive! Got like 20 prompts while writing this review, windy outside. When you view image live, if you pan or tilt camera , this will also trigger flood lights and multiple prompt alerts! Annoying and it’s like th boy that cried wolf, after a while you don’t pay any mind to prompts.Well that’s what I got for now; Wish it had better instructions, wished could be installed under eave or soffit, better housing engineering for multiple applications options and easy install process but most importantly ability to better adjust sensitivity! Jut got another 5 notifications!Overall good lens, images are clear, good featuresToo sensitive. Cannot give 2 stars as housing engineering could be a lot better, lens ,features & PRICE bring up to a 3 stars.

Great Camera Value as with all cameras has some issues.
These are an excellent camera for the money. I will list the Pros and Cons.PROS: Well packaged, great picture quality, many great features, easy to setup with app on iPhone and iPad. Can pan the camera with finger on screen of iPad/iPhone. Great IR night vision black & white picture, built-in LED light comes on with motion resulting in HD color picture at night.CONS: Lack of user manual with detailed instructions. Only detailed instruction is a quick start guide for how to connect the camera to WiFi and app. No instructions on access to micro SD card slot (on back, remove 2 very small screws, and cover). Bottom 2 camera mounting screw holes are virtually unusable due to camera housing. However, camera is light weight and 2 upper screws make it fairly secure. The cameras have 3 cables (see photo). One is for power, and camera comes with another power cable to extend reach to AC power plug. The 2nd plug is for a network cable, but although the end is designed for a cover, it is not included. The 3rd cable has a nice weather tight cover and under it is a small button. Again, no instructions for what it is for, my guess is is its a WAN link button to aid it WiFi connection. The biggest negative is the motion detection. Even setting "Alarm Sensitivity Level" to "Low" in app, the camera is constantly detecting motion when there is nothing in camera view. I noticed the LED lights going on and off all night. I turned off motion detection so no alerts on phone via app, but the LED lights still activate. Motion detection is way too sensitive.Per Supplier they are working on a firmware update to solve camera motion sensitivity. If they don’t I am returning them. They detect motion in no wind, no nothing, every 3-4 minutes.UPDATE: Firmware update made a big difference. 4 cameras are working well, quick to access with aisee app, and pictures are excellent. I set the following: Record locally on micro sd card, recording events only, with IR set to auto. The only issue now is that when I review playback and select record to save a clip, it says "saved to Phone Gallery" but it doesn't. No screenshots or video clips there? Odd because it worked fine before???

Good quality, though with some personal caveats
I've had this camera for a couple months now and I am content with the quality of it. It was a slight annoyance to connect the camera to my phone through the QR code, but the overall setup wasn't too difficult. Bummer that I have to string cords all around my house in order to power it, however. Had to drill some holes through my wall and use outside power outlets to use it outside.I have placed it inside the house as well as outside the house (but underneath some cover, as I'm not sure of the durability of the product in rain) and it is still working well and holding up. The video is delayed by only a couple seconds, but the quality of the video is not blurry or stuttering. However, keep in mind that you will need a micro SD card unless you want to purchase their "cloud storage" as well. The one caveat that truly peeves me is just the constant glaring light that shines at night, as there's no way to turn it off or lower the sensitivity of the sensor, so once it's on at night and bugs swarm around it, it remains on all night. I also had to adjust getting blinded at night from the one camera inside my house. EDIT: the seller has notified me that they have an updated version of the camera that has fixed this issue. If the price difference isn't much, then perhaps I would recommend that one! However, for its price point, quality, and some of its capabilities, this camera suited my needs.
