 Instructions: First, adjust the grill mouthpiece to the shape of your mouth. Then insert the silicone fixing bar in between the back prongs of the grillz and place both in hot water together. Good for the Price!
These are pretty good. I bought them for a friend, he's had them over 1 month now & wears them everyday for atleast half the day an he's happy with them. He said you have to get used to them & they gota mold to an get situated to your specific mouth but after that they're comfortable. An for the price that's Awesome;)

Excellent quality for the price
Excellent quality for the price. Eight teeth makes a big difference over the six tooth ones. Looks good. If they fall out, super glue holds them in for a good day or so. Lol
