Watch is a waste of money!
The GPS does NOT work while offline (not connected to wifi). You cannot send the watch gps, camera, voice listening requests while offline. The only thing that works offline is the calling. Which the Sim card is through AT&T. Completely worthless and waste of money. I tried emailing the company and never got a response. Don't waste your money!

Smart Watch 4G - No Display
The media could not be loaded. the display just disappeared for me, although i can hear a ring when i am making a call on the device

BONUS - HOTSPOT CAPABLE
Great cell phone watch. Wish it did 4G LTE, especially after learning it will do wifi hotspot! 3G at 2mpbs isn't too bad though!

Could not get it set up. ugggh
Tried for a week to get the watch linked to my phone but the screen on the phone never changed so could not get it set up. Ugggh

would not hold a charge
I purchased this for my teenage son as a tracking device because he is not allowed a smartphone. I took considerable effort to set up, however I would have considered it worth it if we would have had long term success. We followed every step to the tee on the instructions but right away we noticed a short life in terms of charge time. This life became less and less gradually and by the time we figured out that it was not adequate we ran out of time to return it.

Works Great and give good peach of mind
I bought this watch for my Father-in-law, who has Alzheimer's. It gives us a way to track and communicate with him in case of an emergency. He accepted this as his watch so he wears it every day which is great. The watch is easy to use. It only has one button, which turns the watch display on and off but he cannot turn the watch off completely which is very important. It does have a setting screen but most settings are done on the app. The app is easy to use. The watch has an SOS function if you hold the button down. It will call up to 5 numbers that you set up in the app. The watch has a phone # so you can call it. It works like a speakerphone so it is easy to communicate. We added a SIM Card thatis only $5 a month. Support is very good. It is via email and they are very responsive. I would recommend this watch.
