My wife and I bought this couples set for the following reasons:- Pyramid Shaped, Tungsten Center Links and Tungsten Bezel- Sapphire Glass- Japanese Automatic Movement- Day of the Week and Day of the Month (NOTE: Watch uses a combination of English and Chinese for the Day of the Week)- Subtle Rose Gold Color SchemePros:The watch movement is a Japanese (Miyota Co.), 21 Jewel, movement. Manual winding feels smooth, the automatic winding mechanism works great (I've not had to manually wind my watch since first wearing it. I remove it when I sleep). It also keeps time extremely well.The pyramid shaped center links and watch bezel (metal ring around the sapphire glass crystal) are made out of Tungsten (hardest natural metal). I performed a hardness scratch test on the inside of the band and the bezel to verify that the material is in fact tungsten (outside links are stainless and watch case are stainless).The top/front glass is Sapphire (used for it's hardness/scratch resistance). This can be tested/verified by using a cheap "diamond tester" that measures thermal conductivity (ability to conduct/transfer heat). The rear/back window is mineral glass and can be tested/verified the same way.I'm a firm believer in testing/using items within their specified limits. Although I've not tested the extreme limits of the specified water resistance depth/pressure, I do regularly wear my watch in the shower, washing my hands, or doing the dishes (submerged in soapy warm water). I've not had any problems with water or condensation getting into the case. As long as you aren't pulling out the crown, or manually winding your watch while it is wet, you don't have to worry about water damaging your watch (this will obviously change as o-rings wear over time).Cons:Something that I personally love (others may hate) is the use of both Chinese and English for the day of the week. This is not mentioned in the description (that I saw) and is certainly something to take into consideration before purchasing this watch. This may be confusing for those people who receive the watch with Chinese being displayed on arrival. However, when setting the day of the week it will cycle through both languages (There is no option to choose one over the other).Conclusion:The pros far outweigh the cons with this watch. If you are willing to learn the 7 days of the week in Chinese (watch will switch between both English and Chinese in one 24 hour period), then you will have a very robust (scratch resistant), accurate, classy watch!My wife and I liked this watch set so much that we purchased a 2nd couples set (same brand same materials, different color and dial scheme) for Valentines' day!

In one page say that it has a 10 years warranty, it is confusing info and will make you buy it

I love these watches. I like how the are identical to the last detail, except the woman's watch has a feminine quality to it. My wife loves it.

I’m so confused, this doesn’t have any warranty info, it says made in China not Japan and the writing on the box is Chinese and for the price it doesn’t even come in a nice box!I do really like the way it looks but not sure if it’s worth the price.

Loved the watches, except for the fact that the Male watch wasn't working. Don't know if it is the battery or the watch. But I shouldn't have to replace the battery two days after purchase.
