I have locs and prefer to do my detox and deep conditioning at home (it’s cheaper than the salon) so I bought this steamer for the deep conditioning. I’m sitting here with this cap on now and I can feel the heat. It takes maybe 5 minutes to heat up but it does works just fine. Easy to use, light weight, fits well on my head and cute design.

I was worried that this conditioning cap would not get hot enough but it did a wonderful job with my deep conditioner. My only complaint is that I wish it were bigger. I have long thick locs and it was hard for me to fit all may hair inside.

I absolutely have never spent my money on something more valuable than this, on Amazon. My heating cap arrived today and I immediately put it to use. My 3b/3c Low porosity hair needed heat for deep conditioning. Upon research I uncovered, I needed to add heat. I tried it today and my hair was silky smooth. I love how fast it started heating and it does have a setting that minimizes burning but lowering the heat temporarily until it cools off. I used it for 30 minutes and never felt burning. It works well. Fits my big head, lol and it's only $20. Again money well spent, I can't wait to continue using it. It's very lightweight, you will barely feel it on your head.

Oh my God I love it! QUIET! Great heat. Hair is growing from deep conditioning. My husband's is now using it too lol. Love auto shut off!

It does the job! I have bought a couple years ago if I’m not mistaken and I can’t complain it steams my hair. But wish there was more setting and that I could move around with it.

I have natural hair and have used bonnet hair dryers for years. The bonnet hair dryers don't distribute heat evenly and mine was clumsy. I heard about steamers and decided to try this one. In love with the very first use. Used it with my favorite deep conditioner and my hair was soft, manageable and shiny. The steamer has temperature and time controls. It shuts off automatically. You will not be disappointed.
