Other than some play between the mast and the hitch ...
Other than some play between the mast and the hitch itself, I have not experienced any issues with this item. I would buy this again.

It works as expected
There is a bit of play in the unit which leads to some clanking, but it isn't that bad. I use this mount in the raised position to fit my 2011 Toyota Sienna. It allows my pop up camper to ride level.

Holes don't align
arrived quickly, but the holes in the two parts don't align for every adjustment level. Looks like the "foot" holes are off center.
