The balloon itself is not glowing, it need to be wraped the LED multi lights filled with, after the battery installed, open the light, the balloon start flash colorful light. Note: the balloon inflatable is not too full, or will burst. When the balloon filling gas need to manually knot or Rope to tie. Can be placed in the balloon like a feathers, small balloons, sequins, stickers, etc. or tie the balloon on the ribbon (these accessories not include), the effect of the balloon as the picture.

Whoopie Cushion.
This has to be a joke. The "balloon" I received is 6" diameter. It's more like a whoopie cushion! I recommend not getting this. I only received one. And the lights are all coiled up separately. There's no instructions. The packaging has no relation to the product. It appears I've been swindled.

My son absolutely loves balloons
I bought a dozen this light up balloons. My son absolutely loves balloons and he thought these were so cool! i only let him have one since we are saving them for his upcoming birthday and he was mad about it. he wanted me to blow them all up right then and there. great product, imsure they will be a hit at his birthday party.
