A durable mineral window protects the white dial, which features black Arabic numeral hour markers punctuated with luminous dots for superior visibility, the Wenger Swiss logo at the 12 o'clock position, and a discrete 24-hour clock display. The dial also includes slim minute indexes and a date calendar at three o'clock. Featuring Swiss-quartz movement, this timepiece is water resistant to 330 feet (100 M). In addition, it comes packaged in a padded aluminum Wenger Swiss watch tin. P.when('A').execute(function(A) { A.on('a:expander:toggle_description:toggle:collapse', function(data) { window.scroll(0, data.expander.$expander[0].offsetTop-100); }); }); Precision. Craftsmanship. Multi-functionality.Wenger supplied the Swiss Army with multi-functional tools as early as 1908. That’s over 100-years of history being there with the right tool at the right time for literally millions of troops and consumers. Today, the Wenger brand stands as a benchmark for quality, multi-functionality and precision engineering. Many watches have quartz movements and stainless steel cases. But there is one feature only a few timepieces can claim – a pedigree. In 1988 Wenger turned its inimitable hand to that other icon of Swiss craftsmanship - the Swiss Watch. The exacting standards reflected in Wenger Swiss Army knives extend to a collection of multi-functional Swiss-made watches for men and women. It’s no wonder our timepieces are prized the world over for their accuracy, handsome design and authentic craftsmanship. Not to mention the heritage of Swiss innovation that makes all Wenger products legendary. See more

One Great Watch
I've been wearing this watch for about a month now. Because I was looking for a particular combination of features I looked at hundreds, perhaps thousands, of watches online before selecting this one. It fit my criteria with the exception of one thing -- no push-the-button light-up-dial feature. Ah, well! I'll have to live without that! Otherwise, it's a darned good watch:* a large case (admittedly not everyone wants that, but I did);* an analog display (if I want to look at a digital display I'll look at my alarm clock);* a quartz movement (I want reliable, precise time; in addition, I wear a different watch nearly every day -- an automatic movement would never stay wound and I'd never remember to wind a manual movement);* a white face (I already have two watches with black faces);* large, high-contrast, easy-to-read black Arabic numerals (I hate to look at my watch and have to figure out what time it is because it has Roman numerals or, worse yet, no numerals, instead of Arabic numerals);* a unidirectional rotating elapsed-time bezel (great for timing parking meters);* luminescent hands and hour markers (in lieu of the push-the-button light-up-dial feature that I'd prefer);* all-stainless-steel construction (my sweat corrodes anything but stainless steel, titanium, and gold -- and stainless steel is the most affordable by far);* an adjustable stainless steel bracelet with deployment clasp (see above; in addition, I like how easy it is to put on and remove a watch with a clasp-secured bracelet, and a deployment clasp offers extra security);* water resistance (not that I'm going to go diving with it, but I might wear it in a pool and don't want to have to take it off every time that I wash my hands);* a mineral crystal (I hate having scratches on my watch crystals);* a calendar (don't ask me what day it is if I don't have a watch on);* and it was on sale -- $99.95 marked down from the usual $110.11 and way less than the $175 MSRP (it's been discontinued, but that's not a problem from my perspective). Some reviewers complained that the bracelet is way too large and that they had to take it to a jeweler to have it shortened. As at least one reviewer noted, the extra length is so that it'll fit over the sleeve of a wet suit if you really go diving with it. If that feature is too annoying the extra folding section of the clasp can be removed and the bracelet can be fastened directly to the clasp itself. It takes some thinking to figure out how to adjust the bracelet, but once you've figured it out it's not difficult to do. I have a special tool for pushing out link pins (it came with an LL Bean watch years ago) but I could have done it with a small punch, an awl, my Leatherman Super Tool, or even a large paperclip.I trust the Wenger Swiss Military brand. I owned a Wenger Swiss Army knife which I carried every day for decades (I gave it to my daughter a couple of years ago when she expressed a wish for a knife to take on hiking and camping trips) and it always worked and worked right. (I also have two Victorinox knives, but don't tell Wenger that!) If the watch is anything like that knife, and I have no reason to think that it won't be, I'll still be using it decades from now. What could be better?

Great if you don't need a part for it
Purchased this watch for my son for Christmas. The piece that connects the strap to the watch broke after a month. The pin and the fitted connection piece were lost. Upon contacting Wenger was advised that Swiss Army Victorinox that Wenger was purchased a couple years ago and there are no parts available for repairs except through an authorized service center:Thank you for your request. We have searched through all the end pieces and bracelets that Wenger gave us after we merged. Unfortunately we do not have anything for this model. Precision Time, Wenger's authorized repair center may be able to improvise something for this watch. If you would like to contact them their information is as follows:Precision Time9298 South 500 WestSandy UT84070Unfortunately, it would require a fee to send in and they will not tell me what it would cost to repair or if they even could. Do not purchase this watch unless you are comfortable with not having the manufacturer stand behind it. There were 2 holes drilled into the watch that receive the pins to attach the band. There may have been a defective hole and it was re-drilled??? Not sure, but we have a watch that looks cool, works well, but we cannot get pieces to fix it. We did not know Wenger sold to another company or we would have skipped the purchase.

Beautiful Well Made Watch
This is truly a gorgeous watch. I ordered it for myself, because I've always thought men's watches were sexier than women's watches. I just took it down to the watch repair place and got it sized. It's easy to work with (as in you don't have to grab a manual to figure out how to set dates/times on it.. like my husbands watch.. where he actually had to go online to figure it out). It's stainless steel with lots of shine and a little glow in the dark feature on the dials and dots by the numbers just in case you need to read time in the dark.I did read on another Wenger Swiss Military Watch review that shipping took a LONG time, so I made mine 2-day shipping, and sure enough it got here fast! It's only 10 dollars extra, so I say go for that option just in case you're in for a long wait if you go standard rate. My watch came in a really cool metal box (really nice packaging), along with a manual and care instructions and warranty information.

Not reliable - Wenger service not helpful - I won't buy Wenger again
Had to return this watch for repair twice for a fogging crystal due to moisture in the watch (at $15 shipping cost each time). Now that the fogging is fixed, it runs 5 mins slow per day. This is the fourth Wenger watch I've bought and they've always been reliable up to now. I won't be buying another Wenger. They do not stand by their product if it cannot be repaired. They just keep having you ship your watch back at your expense until you give up. I've given up.

Good looking terrible quality.
Good looking watch but terrible quality. As soon as it came out of the box the bezel came off. Not going to take another chance.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THIS WATCH IS GARBAGE!
This product is an embarrassment. I purchased this watch a few years ago for a hefty price based on the Wenger "quality." Since then I have had to send it back to the manufacturer SIX times for repairs including the pins holding the band to the watch snapping, substantial moisture build up under the face every single time sometimes within days of having it returned to me, minute and hour hands both fell off, and the outer bevel fell off. The fourth time I returned it they gave me a new watch and the same issues arose particularly the moisture. I do nothing substantial while wearing it so it is clear this watch and the company is garbage! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! They will not refund your money either! Every time I call they stonewall me.
