You have to make sure you set the phone in exact position on the pad or it will not charge.

As we started to buy more devices in our house which can take wireless charging, we needed to have a something with less cords and bases all around the house. This made it SIMPLE for me to have our phones and Airpods in one location and charge 3 devices at once. The thin pad with a black leather style is very nice too.We're also about to go on vacation, and I didn't want to have the hassle of packing multiple chargers for the trip and then worry about taking all the cords and plugs with us. Now I have 1 charger for the hotel room which I can put in the corner and make sure everyones phones are charging for the night. Can't get any simpler than that.

The media could not be loaded.  So as a soon as I opened up the productIt is very light weight which I love because of traveling.I decided to leave my iPhone on there for a good few minutes, and it actually charged really fast.At 3:43 it was at 25% and it went up to 35% within those few minutes.I also have a Samsung galaxy I use with a chargeable phone case, because for some reason the input to the charger does not work. So I am actually really happy that I didn’t have to use my charging case to charge it. It actually works on the charging pad.!Overall, I really like it. definitely worth it for me 🙌❤️

Waste of money, does not charge my iPhonesAfter contacting the company concerning the previous review, they advised they had changed vendors for this item. They have refunded my money without return of the item.. This company provided excellent customer service and product support.Thank you.

update - seller has contacted me and has provided a refund and the assurance they have switched vendors to resolve quality control issues. Good customer service standing behind their products.Seller has indicated that they have sourced a new manufacture for this item to address quality control issues. They have offered a refund, will update to 4 stars for great customer service when I see the refund.The two spots that work are fine, but the third charging spot doesn’t work. Tried several phones, and removed cases, no go.

Overall this works well and it's nice to have a single source for charging three items. My only complaint is that sometime the phone doesn't center correctly and there's no indication on the charger that the phone is charging. I have picked up the phone a number of times only to find that it never charged.

It gets the job done. But it's not very fast at charging, and you have to be pretty cognizant of where you locate your device on it to ensure charging engages.The pluses are that it does charge watches (only tried Samsung) and wireless buds (again only tried Samsung).I don't think it's small enough to be easy for transportation. It's thin and light yes, but it's long.Design wise, I think it's sleek and stays out if the way. Which is nice.

Product works great and charges fast. Like that you can charge 3 phones at a time. Only problem I have is that it doesn’t charge thru an otterbox or thick case

Like my wireless charger. One thing that keeps it from getting 4 stars is that they could improve is the surface material. Leather makes it very slippery and does not secure phones. Just music or the construction work near where I live that do minimal vibration is enough to make my iPhone fall off the charger after some time. Better grip would make this product almost perfect
