Disappointing
This is very decorative and produces water vapour, but it's very hard to use without the remote control which was missing. Also there appears to be a faulty display as I can't get them all to light up. I would return it, but at present am in lock-down and cannot leave my house.

Great product
Noise level even on the highest is very quiet (whitenoise). Easy to use with simple functions and easy to clean and refill. Timer setting is useful. I can’t comment on the app as I have needed to download it.

Do not even try.
On the outside this looks ok, however don’t even bother trying to setup the app with it. This is an example of someone doing technology on the cheap, the app doesn’t even scan the product code and when you try to add your WiFi it can’t find any (I have 3 2.5Ghz access points). When you tap to connect it takes you to your iPhone settings app which is completely useless. Do not waste your time, this product was sent here to frustrate you.

Good for people have kids or pets
The media could not be loaded. Used to use a kettle for steaming. It was hot and consumes a lot of energy. I always afraid my son will accidentally tripped it over and burn himself.With this new steamer, it works cold and have beautiful colours. The working power is low and it use far less water than my old one.Now I’m not afraid even if my son touch the steam directly.

Ok, but not great
It's ok. I find that I have to refill it every day which is a bit frustrating. I hoped it would be a once a week thing. Also the app is rubbish. I set up a schedule which works most of the time, but there is no way to shut the lighting off in a schedule so every night I have to manually turn off the disco light, which is really annoying. I keep hoping there will be a software update and an app update to fix these issues, but nothing so far...EDIT: a few weeks after I wrote this review it suddenly stopped working so I had to send it back. Disappointing that it failed after a couple of months 😔

Blew up after 3 weeks 😱😡
I got this to aid with sleeping/snooring, and at first was happy with it.Unfortunately, it went bang after 3 weeks (literally) and obviously doesn't work now.The humidity it produces is like a cloud rather than a fine mist, just as an observation. And it was easy to connect it to the phone

Quiet,efficient and easy to use and clean!
I bought this as the air in my house is very dry! I've placed it in my bedroom and it works a treat! I wake up and can breathe properly and can also sleep better! It's worth every penny in my opinion. Definitely recommend!

Leaks onto electrics.
My one leaked. Only used a few times and it leaked. When filled this was an electrical hazard for the connection at the rear where the leak was. Not a good piece of kit for the price paid.
