Nothing the gift of Nothing

A fun gift. I ordered several and they arrived quickly in perfect condition (well protected). The writing on the packaging is a hoot. It's not expensive if you consider you are paying for a very clever and well done gag gift. There are others out there with just a baggie and cardboard saying nothing. Now that one you could do yourself. But this is very well done. It feels and looks like a real product not some homemade thing. Shipping to the USA is more than the product but I'm happy to pay the total 6 or 7 dollars for such a good gift. I ordered 3 and they came with a $5 (UK) off coupon to use on their site... so I'm going to order another one. I have different groups of people and can give one to the special nutty pal in each group.

This made a hilarious gift! I gave this to my bf wrapped nicely in a box since he insisted he wanted nothing for his birthday and he laughed so hard. I tricked him into thinking this was his only gift. And two days later I gave him his actual gift :). Whoever came up with this idea was brilliant! Buy for anyone with a sense of humor!

ETA: Since I started my return process, they have updated the picture in the listing to something more resembling what I received. I am still however very unimpressed with these people for not updating the image to reflect what people would actually receive. What I received was nothing like what is shown, which was incredibly disappointing. If it had only been a couple bucks, I might not have returned it. But what I got was a cheap piece of plastic about the size of a credit card, with a piece of paper stapled to the top. Was hoping for a funny gag gift, but this was NOT it.

As a gag gift, I bought this for my son for Christmas since he says he ALWAYS gets everything he wants. We kept telling him we were getting him nothing this year, so when I saw this item I had to get it. He LOVED it! It's sitting on his entertainment center and makes a great conversation piece. What a fun item for the 'person with everything'.

This was a funny gag gift for my kids. Definitely not worth the $10 or so that it cost but it was still funny to see their faces while they were reading it

I guess I should have expected the outcome for a gift of nothing but the package I received looked nothing like the package online. I bought these as a gag gift for my teen boys who always respond to what would you like for Christmas with I don’t know. The package as pictured was cute and funny! But I received a cheaper looking version. Not worth $10 (never was when you realize your are ordering nothing)

My father always asks for us to give him "nothing" for Christmas and so this year that is what I did. Not only did he love it but so did everyone else in the room. The packaging is also hilarious! It's full of sarcastic and witty remarks worth every penny for nothing! He still talks about it (5 months later)!!!

Like others have said, this isn’t what was pictured. I realize that it’s a gag gift and the point of “nothing” is still made but for $10 this is pretty ridiculous. And there was a sticker across almost all the lettering on the front so you can still see the glue from where I did my best to remove it. I still like the idea of the gift but I expected some nicer packaging for my nothing for $10.

Wir haben in das Nichts für einen Kollegen gekauft. Egal wie oft wir gefragt haben, was er sich wünscht, kam "nichts". Na gut dachten wir, du willst nichts, dann bekommst du auch nichts! Und siehe da, als er nichts bekam, fand er nichts echt toll. Nichts steht jetzt auf seinem Schreibtisch und erinnert ihn immer an uns - man sollte sehr vorsichtig sein mit seinen Wünschen! Vorder und Rückseite sind echt witzig geschrieben und haben durchaus guten Unterhaltungswert. Der Preis ist für nichts zwar echt üppig, denn im Grunde genommen ist es nur ein Pappaufsteller mit einer Plastikkugel, aber als Gag kann man das schon mal ausgeben.

I bought this as a joke present for my brother. It was packages well which was good seeing as it seems like something that could be crushed quite easily. It was honestly one of the best presents I have ever given, it got a great reaction not only from the person receiving it but my family that were watching. It's a brilliant little joke present for those people that always insist they want nothing.

Wer kennt es nicht, man fragt die Eltern was sie sich zum Geburtstag/ zu Weihnachten wünschen und bekommt immer die gleiche Antwort "nichts". Dieses Jahr habe ich beschlossen ihnen den Wunsch zu erfüllen :-) und hoffe jetzt, dass ich in den nächsten Jahren mal konkretere Wünsche bekomme. Beim Auspacken kam das Geschenk sehr gut an, auch wegen dem sehr netten Text und der lustigen Gebrauchsanweisung auf der Verpackung.

Bought three for presents. Have already given one out which caused great amusement to my friend. She is going to buy two for her kids, both in their 30s, for their stockings. The other two I got are for secret santa so I wait with baited breath to see reactions. If anyone wants a fun gift which is guaranteed to bring a smile to teenages to OAPs (my Dad is 86 and thought it is very funny) get this.
