The wife always struggles when doing bigger dinners to fit everything on the cooker and ends up having to cook stuff and leave it out and serve it semi warm or even microwave it. This additional hob from Aobosi is a great solution that's nice and compact and can be kept in a cupboard when not in use.Dead simple to use, warms up in seconds and works really well. It is of course induction so cools down almost instantly after use for quick storage. Good price too.

Arrived late last night and used for breakfast this morning! I have no cooker in my property, this plug in hob has saved my life. Easy to set up, plug in and heat.Heats up great, instant heat. Great saftey feature as well, wont heat up unless the pan in on.Breakfast was fried perfectly, the heat distribution was great.No marks on induction hob after use either.Will be looking to buy the double one nextEasy to use and large but compact enough to store away.

Love the fast heat up (never used an induction hob before), easy cleaning and the fact that you can set the temperature and walk away confident that it won't burn. Minor annoyance that the buttons aren't illuminated so I have difficulty reading them where the hob sits. Main problem for me as a gas hob lover is the 20 C steps in the heat settings, far too wide, should be 5-max 10 C and the fact that the heating cycle is pulsed. When preparing stock for Chinese soups you need a low simmer, 80C is too low and 100C is far too fierce on the pulse part of the cycle. It's not too bad at 80C if you put a lid on the pot but if you're trying to reduce the liquid as well having a lid on stops that from happening.

This is a great little hob. Heats up very fast and has lots of temperature adjustment. Has an option to set a simmer temperature and to set a timer. It's light, has a clean design. The lead is a metre long which is useful. When I had a problem with it, Customer Services responded quickly and organised a replacement. All in all a good purchase.

Am very happy with the hob.Beautifully made, very quick to heat up. Very easy to clean compared to Halogen hobs. Extremely easy to use, I love it !!

Great item, working and good quality

Great little cooker for the outdoor kitchen, don't like fish being cooked in the house and this seemed a simple and easy solution to that problem. Works well, warms up quickly and does a great job. Simple and easy to use and in my opinion great value for money.

This standalone Induction Hob is a powerful addition in any kitchen - I already have a full Induction hob but wanted an additional unit, this one is if anything more powerful than my large burner on my fitted hob. Definite powerful and ideal as a Wok burner or simply a keep warm for a big pot of chilli or curry at a party and its portable. The cooling fan is quite audible but not that intrusive - all in all its a decent addition without all the expense of changing your existing hob - gas or electric. Perfect for Parties.
