While at first it seemed weird as it was more a pouch than anything. So I tried it tucked and untucked which produced a slight difference - at least until I took the above pictures. The first is with normal underwear and no attempt at tucking or hiding. The second is just wearing the gaff with no tucking. The last is with tucking, and it does a pretty decent job at flattening the bulge. It can't be perfectly flat since even when tucked, you get a different bulge in the cavity where the testicles are pushed in. But comparing before and after, there is a definite difference. Not as pronounced as the "before" picture they use in the listing, but they did that for effect, I guess.My waist is 37ish and I bought an XL.

This gaff really supports I can now wear my booty shorts and have the smooth front I've been looking for. Depending on the shorts you can also get a mild camel toe look if desired.

This was my first ever gaff I bought it because Im transgender male to female and wanted to be able to hide my bulge in like swimsuits and yoga pants and such I was skeptic how well it would work but it works amazingly! I dont regret this purchase at all

It's a rather good gaff in my opinion. Unfortunately, it's rather aesthetically unappealing in more ways than just one, but it holds everything in place. In leggings, it makes sorta a bulge, so I usually wear my home-made gaff (the waist strap around tights through a cut tube-sock, uncomfortable, but works) when wearing leggings of any kind. If you happen want it for the camel-toe look (I didn't, but judging by the comments, some do), this doesn't show too well for me. It could be because it bulges out with with me personally, due to my genetics. I'd recommend buying this if you want it to hide bulges in skinny jeans, jeggings, or shorts definitely. Leggings, however, your results may vary.

The quality is nice, but feels like I'm wearing a diaper. I have a 32" waist and an average slim package (~6"). What I received was very nice quality and fit my wait perfect, but the gaff itself had way too much room. Clearly made for a hung gurl. I want to date the person that wears these! The molded gaff created an empty pocket between my legs. Very uncomfortable and bulky. Wast of money.

It has been a while since I wore a gaff, but it is very comfortable. One word of warning for long time wear the ridge down the center can rub your shin a little raw so be careful. It works great for leggings and tight jeans. I highly recommend it.

Like they said, pick the size smaller than what you think what you need. I need to buy the small because the medium is good. But i know what they mean now.

i would recommend this product . my suggestion is that if you think you are a small waste line you might want to check your measurements and be prepared to buy a lg or ex lg.
