The Gothic Solar Post Cap Lights will add a brilliant accent to any fence. The cap uses 4 LEDs (light emitting diodes), which boast high efficiency and long life. The solar panel is located on the base to allow sun absorbtion from any angle. The solar energy is stored in the Ni-Cad Rechargeable Batteries to be converted into light at night. The length of time that the lights stay on at night is in direct proportion to the amount of sun exposure during the day. Simply put, the better the sun exposure during the day the longer the lights stay on at night. The batteries should last about 2-4 years and are easily replaced.
