BB-60: Hand-held Bidet with Ambient Temperature Water and Adjustable Pressure

I love this product so much. I am from the middle east and we use these in the bathroom all the time. When I came here they didn't have anything like it. About a year ago, I was searching online and found it. Its the best thing I ever bought. There was two problems but I got them resolved right away. I tried to hook it up to the toilet when I first got it and it wont fit right and kept leaking. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement hose which I think had a smaller diameter or something not sure, but it worked. Also, the pressing part on the head started to lag in about six months from the date I bought it (it could be that 5 people use it) and I called and they gave me a replacement head free of charge since you get one year warranty. It is so wonderful. Definitely buy it

We bought this to use as a cloth diaper sprayer. All the sprayers we looked at that were marketed as a diaper sprayer were all plastic parts. Hubby did not like that one bit. So he set me out to find one with metal parts. This was was the best we could find, and has been great.The sprayer nozzle itself and the holder that attaches to the toilet bowl are plastic and the hose, connectors, and valve are metal.When we first got it, it took some time and plumbers tape to get it to stop leaking- which I am convinced is the entire fault the old old toilet, not the bidet. When we moved to a new house, we detached it and re-installed it here with no issues. In fact it works better here (new toilet, newer other plumbing). If I remember correctly the other issue with it was that there was a gasket problem- if you have this problem you installed the gasket incorrectly or backwards- read the manual!It works perfect for the diapers, lots of pressure, and the valve is adjustable so you can have a jet stream or a trickle.Shortly after we bought this and installed it, hubby came striding out of the bathroom with a huge grin on his face. He announced that he'd just tried out the bidet and that he felt like a new man!In short, we like it, we use it often, it does it's job of keeping doody off my hands.

This product is really just cheap junk. The push valve on the spray head constantly sticks in the open position so the water flow keeps going. The lever on the spray head is cheap plastic and falls off the spray head, usually into the commode --- YUCK! I do not recommend this bidet spray to anyone. It's an inferior piece of trash.

I purchased this kit to replace an older one which had started leaking both from the hand shower and the pipe attachment. I had no issues with installing this kit. The design of the adjustable pressure valve is nice and works well. The disappointment was that the hand shower leaked from the spray handle. I had a different hand shower attachment which I had purchased separately previously and swapped it. No more leaks. As advised in the manual, I have to turn on and off the adjustable pressure valve after each use.

I purchased this item as a replacement for a 4-yr old Mrs. Bidet sprayer. I was hoping for a more solid construction and less leaking. I was disappointed. The handle valve started leaking within first 2 wks. The hose is way to long and there is no easy way to make it shorter. The handle holder is designed primarily for the installation on the wall with screws. The toilet tank attachment holder seems to be an afterthought and is ill-designed and poorly constructed. The only "+" is the adjustable pressure valve, but it's not enough to make me buy this item again. I'm switching back to Mrs. Bidet - for the same money you get better quality.

I replaced my mini shower brand hand bidet with BB-60. So far no issues. Water spray is very nice. No leaks.Minishower brand sprayer is good but the spray lever breaks very often; replaced few times but never lasted more than 6 months. I have another brand in the other bathroom that lasted for many years but the water spray is not very good.Biggest challenge with all other brands was stopping the leak. BB-60 installation was fairly quick, easy and no leak at all.Tip: put couple of layers of thread seal tape over the thread that will really help to stop leak.

So I installed this as instructed. Everything seemed perfect. It didn't leak, it had good pressure, and it was easy to install.I noticed some leaking happening from time to time, just a few drops from the faucet. I noticed it only happens after the toilet has been flushed and the water is refilling. Afterwards there would definitely be no leak.I tried everything to prevent this minor leak, but it was no use.

I bought this to install to our bathroom here while studying in the USA as I am an Arab and we use this product as an essential back home.We assembled it as it was directed but then it was leaking whenever we opened the water.So a mess was happening in our bathroom so we decided to call the building service man. He came and considered it a challenge accepted!. he said the water pressure is too high for the plastic hose connecting the water with the flush and it might work now but u never know when it will be too much on it and just burst and floods the whole building. so he just replaced that part with a stronger metal hose. And its been working perfectly ever since.
