Warm and comfortable - but beware the zipper!
This is a great jacket, and I would give it 5 stars except for the zipper. It simply will not stay up. It will slide down and leave the chest area exposed. I am thinking of sewing on a velcro patch or something to allow it to stay closed all the way up, as my grandson loves the jacket. He is wearing it with a scarf. I returned the first jacket because of a faulty zipper, and the customer service from the manufacturer was excellent. They sent a new jacket right away. However, this second jacket has a similar problem. The zipper has not broken, but it will not stay up. Too bad, because otherwise the jacket is well made, warm, comfortable and attractive, and my grandson absolutely loves it. Also, it comes in Asian sizes, make sure to order a couple of sizes bigger, unless the wearer is small boned or thin. My grandson normally wears a Big Boys size 14, but I had to get the Adult small size to fit him well. Overall a good product and good customer service, but I wish they would use a better zipper!
