good workout but is seems to have skipped some parts in filming.. but it is still good and use it

I wanted a few videos to do while the gyms were closed. I thought this would be a good one because there are so many different ones by the same instructor. This video has the worst exercise form I have ever seen and I don’t know how one got made let alone a whole series. If you are new to working out and follow this it is a great way to end up with an injury and also get frustrated that you are not getting the results you expect.
