Q: How much height does it add?

I honestly would not worry about it at all. As a customer of these I would definitely not recommend them at all. They are extremely uncomfortable and makes you feel like you’re going to roll and ankle when you walk in them. In theory they look great and sound awesome, however, when you wear them with shoes your ankles also stick up that high in your feet show that you are clearly wearing something in your shoes. If you’ve got jeans on it won’t matter so much but then again you have the issue of rolling your ankle. Absolutely terrible product
