You get what you pay for.
Waste of money, product hardly works...constantly freezes while trying to use their fiddly app, causing you to have to power off the bulb and turn it back on. The music player included with the app (I.e: the only one compatible with the bulb) has a very hard time playing your music, and when it does, the pitch is way high. To top things off, you can’t put your screen to sleep either! If you do, the music just stops. Lastly, the very reason this product exists, that being the light itself, is very very dim. I do not recommend these bulbs at all.

Lesser than the competition in almost every way
We've come to expect certain features from our smart lighting - smart speaker compatability, programmability and interactivity through IFTTT, easy and agile response, and bright and billiant light. Unfortunately this bulb lacks all of these features. Its luminosity is fine when working as a standard white light bulb, but the color modes are quite dim indeed. You can only access the color features through the app, and the app is slow and buggy. It takes time to load, then to find the light bulb and connect through Bluetooth, and then for you to change the color. All of this falls quite a bit below the standard in 2019. There is no voice activitation, and no intelligence to pair with other apps and commands. The special modes it offers are quite limited - gently transitioning cool and warm colors, strobe, and blinking when someone calls on the phone. And the app is not particularly stable either. The bulb is not so bad that I'm going to throw it away, but given the convenience and quality available from other product offerings, I would recommend against this.

Waste of money, no support
Feel like I got ripped off. The bulb kind of worked. It strobes when it is set to low. The app always loses connection. Now the app doesn't work at all and it's a regular light bulb. I've had it since about January and the app partially worked for maybe the first couple of months.

Decent led bulb, but more or less useless without app support!
The bulb worked well for a long time, but the app is garbage! I just updated my phones software to iOS 9 and now it won't open! While I can at least use the light bulb as a normal light, the lack of app support renders it an over-priced led bulb.

Total piece of garbage.
I agree with the above. Don’t waste even one nickel on this piece of crap. It worked somewhat at first, but you have to go through the whole pairing process every time you turn the light on. My phone is directly below the light and it disconnects almost immediately every time I am actually able to get it to connect. The app is outdated and has never updated since it was made. The only reason this gets one star at all is because that’s the lowest rating Amazon will allow. Unless you can find this for less than the price of a standard LED bulb, don’t buy it because that’s all it is-a standard bulb. The app is useless and ugly. The Bluetooth connectivity is useless. It’s only good as a standard bulb and even at that it’s too dim. I only keep it because it was so damn expensive I hate to throw it out. It has done nothing for me but piss me off. Run from this product. It is a total piece of garbage in every way.
