I thought the orange tip that holds the needles would spring back and forth to unsheathe the needles, but it only hold the needles in place at the specified millimeter length. It works perfectly though with no bend needles even after one use. Although one should only do 1 session every 3 to 4 weeks with a 1.0mm derma stamp, I would definitely buy again if I ever needed a replacement. Although next time I'll also order the wider version if they have it in 1.0mm.

Watch tube before using, works as promised. Just make sure you clean well after each use. My wrinkles are fading slowly.

I only used it a few times after washing my face and before putting on face products. I bought is so my skin treatments can penetrate deeper. I haven't seen any results in my skin yet but am hopeful with continued use. The tool is easy to use and nice quality.

As describe. Took a while in shipment to receive. Well packaged. Used the product right away and will continue to use once a week to help with scars. Pins seem to be the right length for my needs. Item is well made and comfortable to hold, instructions were provided with the item which I'm grateful for. I would buy again in the future.
