Solid cloak for the price.
I bought this cloak for a Death costume and I definitely had worries buying something like this unseen. The fabric is more of a short pile velveteen than a lush velvet, but it's not crushed and it's not stretch and it does the job fine for the price. The lining is a plain-weave thick polyester that I don't expect to fall apart anytime soon. It is definitely long. I'm 5'8" tall and the whole thing swallows me, which is what I wanted. The hem drags on the floor and the sleeves fall past my fingertips. I can hem it up easily enough, but someone shorter than I am might run into issues. Sometimes cheap cloaks have dinky little hoods but this one is large enough that if I pull it down it hangs well past my chin. Plenty of room for a mask or hair to fit underneath it.It's not the OMG very best cloak in existence or anything. But for $60 it's solid and not going to fall apart or look terrible.

Wash before wear, but beautiful
This cape is gorgeous and huge!!! Very versatile. Whether you’re cosplaying for LOTR or Harry Potter, or going to a Renn Fair or something. Has an awful smell, fabric is inexpensive, but very durable and the “satin” lining will keep you well insulated. I plan on adding a bustle to mine so I can wear it out and about. I washed it in my really old washing machine on the delicate setting and placed it inside a laundry bag to ensure it was protected and the smell is gone!

An impressive wizard's robe in black velvet and purple satin lining!
This is a gorgeous robe! Well made and luxurious lined with the purple satin, the wizard is quite impressive. For a costume, this is nice enough to wear to any wizard convention! At 63" it drapes and flows nicely about 8-10 inches on the floor for my 5'10" husband, who will wear sandals with this. Just remember to pick it up when walking over the floor or the ground outside to protect it from picking up dirt. Caveat: it should be dry-cleaned as it does not appear to be machine washable.

Great for Hogwarts!
Robe was full-size, lined with black satin polyester fabric and made of thin green velour polyester. I am 5'8", 180 pounds and this was at least 6 inches longer. It is longer in the back for dramatic sweep. I easily hemmed it to fit. The shoulders are a bit big, and I removed the 2 ties in the front. The hood is quite large. Overall, I would highly recommend this for the price & Quality.

Very well made
I'm 6'3" and it fits me perfectly. Very comfortable to wear and surprisingly good material quality for the price. I'd bought it for a costume, but it's still seeing regular use as a bathrobe and holding up admirably.

Nice Robe
I love the robe. And...it goes to the floor (and a bit more) so I had to be very careful walking. Used it for a one time event, as a Hogwarts wizard, although it may get used some more in the future. It feels and looks great.

Huge!!
Unless you are 6'0, I would not recommend. One size fits all is not accurate. I'm 5'0 and this thing swallowed me up! Plus, if you have any kind of pets with hair...what-so-ever....the velour fabric will pick it up instantly.
