Idk, still not sure
This product came in a zip lock bag stuffed in a seal bag which through me for a loop. I still tried it dispite that fact, it has the taste of powdered mash potatoes. It is considered a mild laxative (hint hint). Im still using it hoping to feel a difference or change.

I had to return this. This product looks like it was bleached. It is as white as a sheet of paper and real Irish Moss does not come in that color.

Save Your Hard-earned Money and Time
We were very disappointed in this product. I bought this for my dad to help with his hypertension issues. Not only was the color of the powder pure white like flour or baking soda, and not the greenish color as is normal with Irish Sea moss, but we were also disappointed to find out that the product was made/manufactured in China. To top it all off, we didn’t even receive a full 16 oz of product. The bag was like half full when we received it. Do not waste your money folks, buy with a more reputable and honest company.

Seamoss is an acquired taste. This is lighter in color than I'm used to. But I capsuled it and it great for the price.

Love it!
I use this product in my shakes every morning. The taste is great and it’s not overpowering either. My energy level was really low before taking this product but after using it for a few weeks now I totally feel the difference. Definitely buying more!
