I have a pair of fashion sneakers that came with really thin insoles. I tried a different brand to soften my step but they didn't help much. It still felt like I was walking in uncomfortable dress shoes. I tried these X-Muscle insoles and felt the difference right away. They are super soft to walk on. I wear size M US 11.5 and they were the perfect size without having to cut them. If you wear anything bigger than US M 11.5, they may be too small. They come marked on the bottom for different sizes so you can cut off the excess if they're too big.They come packaged in a pressurized canister like tennis balls do, so they are nice and fresh and springy out of the box. I can't comment on how long they stay cushiony because I have only had them for a few days, but as for now they feel great and I'm super glad that I got them.

I've worn orthotics most of my adult life. My navicular bone shifts without them, and I get in trouble. The joint of my second metatarsal is more distal than the first. This causes me to crush that nerve under the joint head with standing and walking, so hello numbness and tingling, and aching at night. After wearing my last pair of flexible custom orthotics for about ten years (way too long, I now realize) I decided to see if my foot pain would reduce with over the counter supports. (I can't wear my rigid ones to work because I'm on my feet all day and it hurts my heels.) I bought this brand because I didn't see any other flexible insoles with the metatarsal support. I like them very very much, and will be buying another pair for my cowgirl boots ASAP. For the first time in longer than I remember, my feet don't hurt when I crawl into bed at night. . Consider yourselves my friends for life.

I ordered the insoles hoping to help with shin splints. They were comfortable enough for average wear but didn't help with shin splints.

Great for shock absorption and comfort if you are looking for a fairly level insole. Did help with some knee pain and Achilles Tendinitis. I wanted to give a 4 or even 5 star review but there is one negative that brought them down to 3 stars. This is my 2nd pair purchased and if you are active/sweat a lot these will start to get a terrible smell that you just can’t get rid of. I have used foot powder, sprays, washing them, and even soaked in OXY clean but the smell keeps coming back. Have not had that issue with other insoles and have seen it in other reviews so beware if you get stinky feet or are very active.

Where to begin. These inserts are like what would come with a new pair of shoes, but less supportive. They actually made my bunions hurt, and I haven't had that happen in a couple of years. Also, they stained the bottom of my brand new white socks green. It looked like I had been walking on grass! Also, I used them for 4 days, and you can tell how much they squished down in the picture I provided, just in that short amount of time! Overall, not great for those people that work on their feet all day

I've had problems with flat feet since I was a child but it hasn't affected me for years so I had kind of forgotten about it! Recently, I took up running and after my 5th run I started to experience extreme pain in my knees. Looking on-line and talking to friends made me realise that this was down to my running shoes not having any arch supports to help combat the flat feet. After a week of resting these insoles have arrived and been put straight into my running trainers. They're really comfy and the perfect size with a great high arch support. I'm going for a run tonight so will see how they fare when out on the trails! Regardless I've been wearing them all day and have already ordered myself another pair to go in my every day trainers! =)

I am a runner, and have been looking for athletic shoe souls for quite sometime. I saw these, and at first I was very skeptical. I got the souls a few days ago and couldn’t be happier. They have fantastic cushion and shock absorption. A lot of runners complain about souls because many are not meant for running, even If they say “athletic”. These are by far the best running souls I have ever had. If you are a casual or serious runner, I would highly recommend these for added comfort and stability.

These inserts are all rubber, so they conform nicely to the shape of your foot. No experience of too much arch support in the wrong place. Super comfortable. I feel like I am walking on pillows. They will be my go-to orthotics from now on.

I loved these right out of the box. They were very comfortable and supportive but not too rigid. I was able to run on them without issue. I'm a size 12 so no cutting was required with these ones and they fit perfectly into any shoe. I was about ready to buy a 2nd pair when I noticed after a few months that the top layer began to peel back around my arches.6 months in and I had put about 300km of running and also transferred them to my work shoes (12 hour shifts) so they did get lots of use, but unfortunately they did not hold up.The peeling wouldn't be a terrible issue if I could roll it back down (I even tried unraveling it and taping it in place) but the rolled up top layer made it incredibly painful to walk any distance on, let alone run.If it weren't for the peeling I would hands down give these a 5 star review, but they are virtually unwearable at this point and really deserve a 1 star for endurance which is why I landed on 3 stars.
