Good product and excellent customer service.
My husband researched all the security camera and decided that we buy this brand. The customer service is great. When we had problems with this, I emailed and left a message and Serena got back to us as soon as possible. She walked us through until we solved the problems. I highly recommend this product.

Don’t recommend
Tech support is terrible and uniformed. You can’t understand them, their hours for US EST is horrible, they don’t know their product.Camera has clear picture for day and night.Playback issues and then their support team wiped the hard drive when we needed the video the most.Was easy to hook up and it was a true plug and play.Returned the system after 3 months and after they wiped the hard drive they offered a 20 gift card for inconvenience

Technical support was fantastic....don't get that kind of service these days
Awesome technical support.....the lady was very patient with me in setting up my remote mobile application. The cameras were easy to install...just plug and play. Great price for the value.
