Very happy with this purchase - made in January 2022, for work. The flask, to date, works as advertised. The flask keeps my teas piping hot for hours after pouring; I usually pour a tea as soon as I get to work, and drink it slowly over the next four hours - still hot. Then repeat. Two teas get me though the working day. The flask is easy to hold, and comfortable, although it does get warm after pouring, it is not hot and doubles as a handwarmer! Aesthetically pleasing, the flask is reflective, but no eye catching, although the pattern on the exterior is nice, but I imagine is mainly intended to assist in holding it. The only difficulty, and I use that word loosely, is cleaning the mouthpiece and the inside; however, either bathing it in hot soapy water (home), or putting it through a dishwasher (work) does the job. Manual cleaning is the difficulty.

I bought this travel mug to replace an old well know brand one. So glad I did! It’s the perfect size for my wake up coffee when I’m on the way to work. It keeps my drink hot and it’s so far leak proof, even when it’s rolling round in my bag all day. Another thing that I love is the non slip base which means I don’t have to worry about it slipping over on my desk. Oh and the funky outer design! All in all a great cup!

Bought this item for holiday in Mexico. Very impressed, been rattled around in luggage twice, 11 hours each way. Perfect for beach cocktails and water, kept everything cold for ages. And since I've got back, I use for hot drinks at work. I work in a GP surgery and spend a lot of time on the phone, so my drinks often go cold and this is perfect. Be careful to screw lid on properly and click down the cover at drinking point and it's leak proof. Brilliant!Only thing is it has now got a bit scuffed due to use and had scratched off the blue colour a bit and shows the silver underneath. So if I buy again I would get the silver one to look newer for longer.Arrived on time and damage free.

Bought this product a while back, and it was wonderful. I accidentally left it somewhere, so I purchased another to replace it. A very good coffee or tea mug keeps them at a good temperature for a good time. I think the design is great and is easy to hold. I've had no problems with spillage that is with the lid clip down or me it's a very good product and would recommend it. A good product and a good company to do business with. Antony.

I have various flasks and travel mugs already as I use them a lot but still didn't quite have what I needed. Flasks are great but massively inconvenient for when I'm driving & just impossible to get a brew from without having to pull over. My travel mugs are easy to drink out of but cold in less than half an hour. Very frustrating. This is ace! Had so many compliments about the colour! It's a great size. It fits in my cup holder in my car. It's leak proof unlike my others! And it actually keeps my brew warm for ages (so much so that I burnt my tongue as I wasn't used to it staying so hot! 🙈😂).

I did LOTs of research into insulated, leak-free, large portable cups before buying this and thought I had it cracked, but sadly not.It is a good size, it is mainly leak-proof, and it does keep my coffee hotter. BUT:Hard to drink - the drinking hole is a couple of centimetres down from the lip of this cup and there isn’t a well defined channel for the coffee. This means I pour it all over my chin if I absentmindedly go for a quick slug, instead of a slow and careful sip. It just spreads out sideways as shown in the pic and pours out either side of my mouth. Might just be me, but don’t think many just open their mouth as wide as possible and pour the coffee in!Steam hole too small - Initially no coffee came out at all. With textured milk the surface tension of the coffee is quite high and the steam hole didn’t let enough air in to let the coffee out, or it comes out in a rush when the cup is tipped a long way (see the problem with that above). Had to use a tiny drill to make the steam hole bigger. That fixed it though.Almost leak proof - This is nearly perfect, but when too full with hot liquid it will leak round the seal. The seal is a bit weedy and can’t replace or remove, but the leaking right now isn’t down to the cup, it’s the same problem they all have with hot liquids under pressure. I mainly wanted it leakproof so I could lay it down in my bag when I finished the drink or briefly stand it up in my bag if I needed hands free. It works in both those scenarios unless very hot, or filled to the very top. The answer would be to fill the cup less full and to not shake it up when hot, but kinda defeats the purpose of looking for a larger double insulated cup.Don’t write many reviews, but wading through all the nearly but not quite identical goods on here is a total pain and thought this might help.S

- no moving parts that can break. Simple hinged rubber seal. Many reviews of others complain of moving parts malfunctioning- lid closes and seals with a quarter turn- I have had a similar , plastic inner, for 18 years, treasured it, still in use, glad to have found this one that is stainless steel so will keep cleaner and hotter- no leaks whatsoever, can toss it on my bed, chair, in my bag without worries- a few low stars, unfortunate they got the small percentage of mugs with errors. Ensure lid is screwed well enough, not difficult. If rubber comes loose, use superglue.
