Don't buy this it's way to expensive you could build something much better than this for maybe even a little cheaper this is terrible value for money you could probably even find something better than this for the same price pre built if you look around but pre built PC's never have good value for money so you would be better to build a pc than buy a pre built one it's decent for gaming but not good for the price

could build this easily for 400 quid less,and its not alienware its owned by dell now and the build quality has gotten a lot worse

Cant believe what has happened to Dell :( - Dell support used to be so good I really wanted one of these, shelled out nearly £3k yesterday only to find 24hours later that there was a problem with my credit card, tried always to key the correct details - no joy, then tried to get in contact (no contact had to scour the website to find) an online chat with someone who completely ignored everything I said and tried to push the order in again - I have ended up cancelling the order, I can't trust my hard earned money with such a terrible company, what would happen if I needed support? - Ill tell you what - Id be on my own!!!You really should be ashamed of yourselves guys, doesn't matter how good your product is or isn't if the back office is broken! - Will never contemplate buying a dell or Alienware product from now on!

It s hard to understand howand why a company like Alienware can price their pc so high for what it is. I mean for Apple I can almost understand but what does alienware bring? Not a good customer service which is all based in India where they clearly don t care.I mean alienware have reduce all their cost by moving their services to cheapest countries but still keep their price high.I can assure you having a friend who work for Dell that their margin is insannnneee.Stay away as far as you can as this company. They are totally out the game and I wouldn t be surprise if they go bankrupt anytime soon.

Not much to say but it is overpriced you could build or buy something with the same specs for & 300-400 cheaper
