Very soft . Good for after foot surgery

These inserts work perfectly for giving some cushion to the boot for foot injuries. I put a few stacked together under the heel and one under the top part of the foot. It makes the boot so much more comfortable. I’ve had them in a few months and they’re like new. Great durability.

The only complaint is there is no adhesive on the bottom, so they have a tendency to move around a little.They also start to pill and fall apart from wear.

I would not recommend this product to anyone it too thin

Very disappointed. I have fibromyalgia and pain in my feet. Was hoping these would help. Didn't help.

If you’re having heel pain from plantar fasciitis or heel/bone spur PUT IT IN YOIR CART RIGHT NOW! Reduced my heel spur pain to almost nothing within 4 days or sooner. I had been literally crying some days. I would/will buy again just to have extras on hand. It has given my foot the relief it needed for the inflammation to subside. The only thing I would do differently is to buy some with adhesive (I think they make them) But I would go with the plain at first until you see exactly where they need to be and in what shoes they feel best in. (In case you can’t hear it, there’s a hallelujah chorus playing in the background! ;) )

This insole provides a good amount of relief and doesn't slip around.However I found that the foam breaks down quickly, sometimes on the first use, and leaves lots of foam pieces stuck in your sock. I returned for a refund.
