Maybe it was my unique body chemistry, but this crap caused me to gain water weight like crazy. I was on a keto diet and thought these might help, NO! they did not. In two weeks I put on 10 POUNDS! These pills are a long oval shape but are easily to swallow and I've had trouble in the past swallowing "large" pills. I couldn't really make out a flavor and/or taste but that only means that it wasn't bad. I really liked that these are gluten free and all-natural. Also I think they are worth the price!!
