I use it when kiting. Good to be able to read the wind both max, avarage and momentary. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wind meter *by P***R on July 28, 2012* I needed to measure average wind speed and direction for work purposes. The WM 200 worked well for that purpose. Its not too complicated although I don't use it to its full capability. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Wind speed but not direction *by C***S on October 25, 2011* The wind speed measurement is great, but the wind direction is poor. The wind vane does not work as advertised especially when the wind is lower than 10 knots.
