Liquid Roof RV is the REAL DEAL for Roof the Seal
I applied this rubber roof RV coating to my 26ft travel trailer in order to reseal the roof and to stop some leaks. This product was super thick and really seemed to be a commercial grade product. It has been on my camper now for approximately 3 weeks and has stopped all of the leaks I had and the roof looks virtually new. I would highly recommend this product in lieu of replacing the rubber roofing itself. My son and I cleaned the roof thoroughly and then applied this over the whole surface in about 4 hrs. We brushed this product along the edges of the camper and along the vents and AC unit then we poured it out in small amounts and smooth it over the remainder of the roof using the squeegee. It probably would have been more beneficial to use the squeegee and then the roller to insure a consistency of thickness over the entire roof but it still turned out pretty consistent. Reminder don't forget to purchase and use some surgical type rubber gloves because this stuff won't hardly come off your hands. We forgot that step and wore some of this stuff for days.

My second Experience was an improvement over my first, experience counts for something!
My second experience was better.Last year I did my 21 foot Toybox, did a lot of preparation and patching before hand using eternabond tape and Dicor self leveling sealer on joints and flanges. Applied with a brush around the edges before rolling the rest of the roof. For some reason the product bubbled in a few areas, but it’s sealed great. I am thinking the bubbling might have been due to a higher temperature on the day of application.I bought the product again this year for my 26’ travel trailer, pressure washed and prepped the same way as the other trailer, and The product went on perfectly: the roof looks like a bowling alley surface. The only disappointment was that I have product left over and it set up in such a way that we could not apply a second coat or use up the balance of the product. We used a 3/8 nap roller as recommended, with a 5’ extension handle. At the end of the job we threw away both the roller and the roller handle because cleaning them would’ve been impossible. This product is expensive, but it works so well I will continue to use and recommend it.

So far it is good. Time will tell.
If it works over the long haul as well as it looks now, it will keep the five stars. Arrived quickly and in good shape. Mixed easily and went on well. Purchased four gallons for 28' fiberglass motor home roof. Poured on and squeegeed it out. Used heavy 4" brush around vents, air conditioners, etc. Product self levels. Make sure you put it on heavy enough. They recommend 20 mils. Be sure roof is really clean and dry. I had about 1 gallon left. Maybe could have applied a little heavier but it seems fine. I let it cure for five days before I went back up to secure A/C covers, etc. After five days it was soft and rubbery feeling but was cured. It appears to remain rubbery (that is good) but appears secure. Threw the application tools away but was able to peel rubber of of the mixer after it cured.

liquid roof works
I purchased a 4 gallon bucket and it covered my 29 ft. Class C motor home perfect. I would recomend using a squeegie like some said because a roller just really took too much effort. It's like spreading liquid marshmellow. I gave it 5 days before walking on it although it seemed dry in about 3 days. Two people worked great, one uses a brush around vents and such while the other dumps it out and rolls it out. It was'nt too messy except when you pull your brush out, the wind would blow the thin strings around but once you figure it out, it's not bad. I used liquid laundry detergent to clean the roof first, the non scented brand, and it really cleaned good. I would use it again it I ever find a need for it. Follow the instructions on mixing and pretty much throw away everything when your done, it's just not worth the clean-up mess.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WANT TO USE, OTHERWISE RESULTS UNKNOWN.
The product is my topic. If you are restoring or maintaining yourRV roof, this is the stuff to use. It flows out and self levels very thick and sinks into every crack and crevice. Thereis plenty of working time to do an accurate job. When completely cured, this material is tough and repels water. It actslike rain-ex is on the surface. Very impressed. Used it on Rubber roof and aluminum roof. It can be applied as thick as the underlyingrubber and will cure like gator skin. Same superb results. Make sure the surface is clean, dry, and above 60 degrees. I have one roof that is 2 years old and it still looks new. Also reduced the temperature inside the RV from the sun dramatically.

Camper roof coating
Defiantly a great product, after cleaning and power washing roof of camper I taped off edges and applied around perimeter of 26' camper along with vents and air conditioner then rolled with 3/8" nap roller over entire roof. After applying a thick coat I still had about a gallon and a half left over, beware though, make sure like other said you have an open area and apply on a calm day, we have several leaves and many bugs permanently imbedded in roof now.Did notice that rubber roofing in a couple small areas bubbled up, but with thick coating over them I don't think this will be a problem.

Not the end all but may have some uses.
The application left air bubbles here and there. Some of these bubbles popped and left a perfect hole in the membrane all the way to the substrate (had to patch those with eternabond). Now I have some warped wood furniture. My other concern after seeing several of these popped bubbles is how long it will take to creep under the membrane itself and slowly steam the roof structure to al dente. Beyond that do know that the membrane, when whole, seems durable BUT it doesn't really adhere to the surface. It's more of a "stuck pretty good". You can find any edge of the membrane and roll it up with your fingers. That's not so much the manufacturer here as it is a property of rubbery things. So $300 later I have no more faith in my roof than before...
