My Achim experience. One arrived with broken hook for rod. Returned and got good replacement. Another room.. Middle string broken. Been waiting for a week for our replacement blinds. This is what arrived today and Amazon customer told me sorry we cant replace replacement orders..so again i have to box back up. Go drop off to return and REORDER these blinds. Im stuck because i wanted one mono look of blinds in my whole home so i put them up throughout my home. Would not use this product again. You get broken product and broken replacements that arrive late and you must handle your own damaged returns and REORDER after that. I have other stuff to do besides keep messing with window blinds. Seriously.

These blinds look great and they aren’t flimsy like the 1 inch $10 ones. They cost a little more than some of the other plastic blinds but it’s worth it. The company also included all the correct hardware to install them.

Love everything about it and it fits my window size perfect. Would buy again

This item arrived but not as shown. They are not faux wood. Just inexpensive think blinds. Not what I wanted.
