I definitely could tell a difference in my energy level, especially on days i didnt have my shake in the morning.... I mixed mine with black coffee (its very very sweet) i drink my coffee typically with alot of sugar and cream, it was still alittle too sweet for me, but My energy levels throughout the entire day was amazing! ( I work 14 hr days out in the TEXAS heat, and typically by 10 am i was so exhausted, but on the days i drank the shake in the A.M. within the 30 min after getting up i was ready to go all the time, i think i even slept better.

Overly sweet. Only 5 ingredients, but one is sucralose, and it is waaaayyyy tooo much.I've only had a couple servings, and already regret the purchase. It gives me a headache after I consume it and leaves me wanting more. I only bought this because I was traveling and wanted individual packets, clearly marked, so it wouldn't look like cocaine going through security.

This mixes well with water and milk, I like to use fat free milk, 8 oz., crushed Ice 8 oz., and blend it in a blender. Comes out frothy, cold, and thick. Tastes very good, no major aftertaste. Excellent product.con: Label does a terrible job of describing the nutritional values. They even put a disclaimer on Amazon.

Ok So I have been using this for about Two months and the last to bag's of Vanilla Ice Cream I got I stated to see little black spots of not sure what mixed in with the powder, in 10 bags. I reported this to the Company and they sent me a free bag of protein and I though maybe it was just that one bag, but when I got the new bag in I found what looked like a mouse dropping in one of them. ( See Photo ) When I seen this I said to my self that's it no more, I will no longer buy this product until they can clean up there issue.

Poor packaging, over sugared taste. Both ends on the big pack tore only 1 inch and not all the way, small packages are impossible to tear with fingers. Last, and most importantly the taste is very bad and way too sweet. I'd return it but I already threw this into trash.

The 30/30 shakes are wonderful. They are delicious and filling. The vanilla ice cream really does taste like a vanilla shake but only has a fraction of the calories. I like to add a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon to the top of the cinnamon roll shake for an extra flavor boost. The customer support is great. After ordering I received an ebook with helpful information plus a thank you note.

I really love the "30 in 30" protein drink! It is delicious in the morning for a fast high protein breakfast! Sometimes I add fruit, but if I have it plain with almond milk, it is just as good!

I'm so disappointed! I was on the hunt for a good protein shake to incorporate into my morning routine and this looked perfect. It has a low amount of calories and I couldn't resist the idea of a cinnamon roll flavored drink. The product reviews also looked promising for a delicious tasting shake. Unfortunately, that is NOT the case. The flavor is so unappealing. I tried using almond milk, water, and 1% milk to try and make it taste better. But after about 4-5 attempts, I literally cannot drink it. It's repulsive. Also, if you do want to try it, you're going to need to add a lot more than 8 oz water/milk to mix it. Ugh, so disappointed​. I wish I could get a refund.
