I wanted a tv stand with a fireplace and I specifically needed a smaller tv stand that would fit in an area of my apartment. I found this one was perfect and exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, when the product arrived, it was damaged in shipping. After reviewing all the panels, one unfortunate panel fell victim to damage. Since it was an outside panel for all the world to see, I contacted the seller to ask for a replacement panel instead of returning the entire product. This saved so much stress, I can't even tell you. The box and product are heavy and it would have been pretty difficult for me alone to have to lug the product back to an office for return. Anyways, their customer service sent me a replacement, however it was the wrong part. After informing them of this error, they shipped me out the correct panel immediately after I contacted them. It is a beautiful tv stand and I am so thankful they were able to help me out with the panel replacement. I cannot really comment on the heater since I don't really use it for heat. I just got it for the visual. However, I will say that you have to make sure all your screws holding it are snug, otherwise you''ll get a buzzing or deep humming noise. I do wish the display itself was more realistic, but it still isn't bad

It time 2hours to put together by my self.Looks great, very sturdy. The fireplace warms the room very fast. The fireplace is a little noisy.

Finished product looks nice for what it is and is quite sturdy I wouldn’t hesitate putting a 55” tv on it. Any bigger wouldn’t look right but would take the weight.The fireplace on the other hand was DOA! No visible damage and no apparent reason the only steps in the manual for not working is to plug and unplug. Have tried randomly for 24 hrs now. Nothing.

There were holes not drilled out complete or not drilled at all. If my husband did not have tools and knowledge of construction we would not have been able to put it together. As it was we damaged one of the sides. A hole was not drilled out complete and when we put the side on it punched a hole in the side because the bolt stuck out too much. We had to drill out all holes and found some holes were never drilled out. Took hours to put together and we had to repair the one side. It had already taken too long to put together and was too big to try to take it apart and return it for another. Once together it is sturdy and the fireplace works well. Storage on the side were smaller than expected.

The styrofoam was all busted up inside the box so there were tiny pieces of it EVERYWHERE! Seemed impossible to remove every piece from the furniture pieces.Quite a few of the furniture pieces were damaged; either scratches or cracks (pictures attached). It would’ve been too much of a hassle to try & return it so we just went ahead & assembled it.Easy enough to assemble, directions were pretty straightforward. It looks really nice once put together. We were able to hide all the scratches/cracks thankfully.The fireplace gives off a good amount of heat & creates a cozy atmosphere.

This came damaged and realized it when it was almost all together.. does not look like it was done during shipping.. for the money I was not happy with how it was delivered.. over all I do like the product but just not happy with how it was sent
