Easy to use
I made sure to have an independent mold test done before purchase (always recommend before doing remediation). This product is rated to take care of the types of mold found. Only gave 4 stars because the bombs don't put out an even mist, but sputter and spit out the liquid. Clean up of mold after the wait time was very easy, and then using the spray and letting surfaces air dry overnight couldn't have been easier. I did make sure to seal around the door so my cat wouldn't have contact, but I had to enter the room several times and had no reaction. There is no awful chemical smell, and the slight odor dissipates quickly.

happiness is a mold free house
remarkable. coastal washington is really susceptable to molds. pretty sure didn't have any black mold inside, did have some outside on one drain spout. set the bombs off on a wednesday morning, came back home on saturday. i noticed a cleaner smell to the air in the house. nose didn't clog up or start running. interesting. the wife didn't know what i had done. about twenty minutes after arrival she blurts out 'how come the air smells cleaner? and my nose isn't stuffing up.' yep, that sold me, spontaneous approval the product did something. the next day the wife commented that i was breathing quieter and snoring softer in sleep. cool. did miss a bathroom downstairs, door was closed during bombing. i also had a reaction by a heavy curtain, covers glass doors, that was folded back. broke out the spray bottle, sprayed front and back of curtain thoroughly. sprayed down bathroom and into the vent. no more nasal reactions. been clean and clear nasally for 3 weeks now, it is wonderful. have no scientific testing evidence that biocide 100 worked, but my body and mental perkiness says it did.

Sprayer is flimsy and breaks immediately
This Biocide kit effectively remediated the mold in my basement, however the sprayer is a piece of junk. Be prepared to find another spray bottle to dump the spray into. If one is buying this kit to remediate mold, there's a 100% chance that they want the sprayer to work all the way to the bottom of the bottle. My first kit had the sprayer break the first time I used it, and the second kit arrived with the sprayer broken into six pieces while still inside a study Amazon box.

Does not work as advertised
I purchased these bundle and when I received the box I was surprised to the size of the canisters. Very small. Ineffective. The spray did not kill anything. Would not recommend this product. One star only because I wanted to be sure the Stars average in and not assume I forgot to select a star but it is really a zero star product.

The fogger cans left puddles on the floor so nothing got to the mold....
Very disappointing. The product may work but how if the cans standing upright had puddles of chemical on the floor surrounding the cans. Not sure how the chemicals can get to the mold hiding in crevices if the cans are unable to disperse the chemical...major bad!
