I was very excited to be able to finally clean my windows (which probably haven't been clean in...ever). In the pics you can see that I managed to clean half my window. In a close view you can still see streaks but ok, my windows are extremely dirty. Probably with a couple more passes it'll look better. But it wasn't easy, even with the magnet in 5 I had to move very slowly to avoid the two parts fell apart. I couldn't clean properly the corners as when turning the device the two parts fell apart. In every fall the little pieces that hold the sponges keep coming out and I lost one of them already. But other than that the result was ok. I'm not able to use it in the upper part of my window because of how the window opens and the position of the mosquito net, which is extremely annoying but that's the windows problem not the cleaning device. Overall it's ok if you have no other way to reach the outside of the window.

So, this actually works as advertised and I wasn't let down. It's a really well made device for the price. I expected it to drip on the window below but it doesn't. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

This product works! In the 2+ years I lived here, I had never cleaned the outside of my windows (I live on the second floor). This product was easy to use and did the job. I ordered the ones for extra thick windows to be safe.There seems to be a bit of a technique to get the windows clean and avoid streaks. Still mastering that, but overall, I’d definitely recommend this product.

Does the job, cleaning both sides effectively at the same time. Takes some practice to get the best results.

Saw some ad on Facebook of a different product and thought what a great idea. The timing couldn’t be any more perfect since we were looking to hire somebody to clean the windows. Price of buying and using the tool once, was less expensive than the price of the window cleaners.

My loft has 7 9 foot windows and this device made the work of cleaning the interior AND exterior of the windows an easy chore.

Works great. I recommend it, but you might want to try the one with the weaker magnet if your windows are not double pane.

I just moved into a third floor apartment, the focal point of which were these gorgeous windows and angled skylights. I’d been spoiled with removable windows and a ground floor apartment the last five years and grew very accustomed to the delight of sparking clear windows. Especially when paired with my rainbow film by Rainbow Symphony! So naturally, I started seeking out cleaning solutions for this space. I went with the regular strength magnet because, although these windows are double-paned, they seemed thin enough. I doubted that it would be strong enough for the thick skylights but even that was a good hold. Of course, there was only so much I could do for all the hard water buildup of the skylights but I did make a small difference by going over it twice—first with soap and water, then with bleach cleaner. Some of the dirt, of course, lays between the panes and that is just how it will be. Overall, very glad for this tool and will be passing on to my mother who also lives in an upper story apartment. I didn’t even need to change the sponges at all during this process.Also, the string was very important. I certainly dropped it several times (likely to the chagrin of my downstairs neighbors)!
