Works great! I use it for skin tightenting and use the default settings on page 6. In other words, use the cartridge they suggest and then adjust the joules (J) on the machine and that's all! Also, BE SURE TO FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS AND FILL THE CARTRIDGE WITH WATER ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP THEN SEAL IT WITH THE PROVIDED SEALED FILM. You really should read about using ultrasonic treatment for skin tightening before using this machine. One very important aspect of using ultrasonic treatment is that you should wait AT LEAST 2 weeks before another treatment because you have to let the skin underneath heal if you want real results. Personally, I'm going to wait 3-4 weeks to make sure I'm getting the full benefits. Also be sure to use a professional conductive gel. I use Spectra 360 electrode gel. Read the manual, watch youtube videos; that's what I did before I started using it. You should educate yourself before doing it otherwise you're really doing yourself a disservice. I am very satisfied with my machine and it really does work! Great company!
