Trivento Reserve Malbec (Case of 6 x 50 cl)

Perhaps too young,this Malbec however had a good colour, but seemed thin and not so drinkable. Unlike that promised on the label it was not well "balanced with sweet tannins and velvety finish" instead it was not enjoyable on its own, with the delicious Bolognese or even a delightful mature cheese which should have been the ideal partnerships. But, a gift, it was well received none the less. Just not one to recommend for wine lovers, especially Malbec fanciers, totally not on the "to buy" list

Very nice malbec. Rich and robust with some really nice peppery flavours. Definitely drinkable! You can certainly top me up! 😂

Very fair price but the wine itself is disappointing when compared say to Sainsbury's own Malbec which is just wonderful.
