Have any stomach sleepers bought this pillow? Is it too high/thick when you’re sleeping?

I believe this pillow is meant to be used at the waist to help keep a side sleeper’s spine straight. I’m not sure what use it would be to a stomach sleeper.

someone mentioned its firm, is this a firm pillow. have fibromyalgia and sometimes a pillow between my legs makes my legs sore. not looking for firm

I have this and like it BUT, since it is memory foam, it tends to be firmer in cooler weather. When our weather was warmer, it was softer. Now that our weather is becoming cooler, I've noticed the last few nights, it is much firmer. I actually removed it last night because it felt like it was digging in.

Does this particular pillow help support stomach sleepers and is it comfortable under the hips/ pelvis as you sleep on your stomach?

I do not feel it would be good for stomach sleepers. Very arched. I bought it for my hips and it was so uncomfortable and made them worse. I don't even use it.

Do you wash it in the first use?

I did not. But it has a removable cover that can be washed.
