Very Disappointed
I received my soap cutter late last week and was very pleased with the order, even though it had a small crack on the bottom, I decided to keep it because I presumed it would be ok when using it. I threw the packaging away and tried to put the cutter together the weekend and noticed it was broken. Extremely disappointed! Now I’m unable to return it because I’ve thrown the packaging away. I’m not very happy with this product, it looks nice but it’s not strong at all.

Im sorry but this item is cheap and unsturdy. I bought it to cut my soap that I make. I don't think it would cut soft butter! It's being returned 😩

Poor quality
Really poor quality, I couldn’t use the cutter and the plastic cracked the first time I used it.Would not buy it again

Received the item today, as I started to unwrap it I noticed that parts had broken off and it’s cracked.

flat headed screws where needed please
Well the item looks very well made BUT the screw are not flat headed so they jot outof the perspex and scratch the soap. What a disappointment!!!

Disappointed
Disappointed with this product. Bought in jan for cutting soap but only just opened it Out the box and wrapping to use and it’s broken. Too late to return.
