I have chronic lower back issues and use a lower back heat massage pillow almost every morning to allow the blood to flow and muscles to loosen up. I have been through about 4 others that are in the range of $30 but each has only lasted about 3 months. So I paid up for this one. So far, so good after one month. I don't see any early signs of fabric failure and none of the heat knobs have failed. The functionality is also very good as the pillow sits very low on my back and can be raised.Month 7 - massage pillow still rocking. I have not had another last this long.

My wife absolutely loved it. The only thing that would make it better is a variable speed control.

The best massage machine I can have

I’m 6’2 and weigh 175lbs. I lay on the bed and place it underneath my thigh and the first one broke after 20 minutes. I thought maybe I just received a lemon. Ordered a second one and it lasted until the second use. I have two friends who happen to be female have owned one over a year but maybe the product is being made with cheaper parts, either way I won’t purchase a third.

I used this massager two or three times a month for about 9 months before it died. The product was very strong when it worked, so I would like another one if they can send a replacement, but I don't see any way to contact customer service. The fact that it died after about 20 sessions (each 20-30 minutes long) is very disappointing.
