The Watseka XP's battery pack can only be removed with the supplied ignition keys. Easy tilt seat design for quick battery removal. Battery removal is not required to charge the battery pack. Reaches speeds up to 14 mph & travel distance ranges from 16-18 miles depending on rider weight, terrain & overall electric assist usage. Great bike and customer service
Bought this bike for wife who thinks its just what she wanted/needed. Bike was extremely well packed and protected when it arrived.Charger was faulty but a quick call and a new replacement arrived within 3 days and works fine.Other reviews say it's heavy, which it is..... But getting onto stand is easy if you pull back on the rear rack above the tail light .... It rocks back easy.

very cheap unrelaible bike
I can not tell you how much I do not like this bike. it's build like cheap bike, it ride like one and most impotent it's get price tag of cheap bike.save you time and money, stay away from it.
