The thermostatic heating element still working but 2 days after installation the chrome coating started to peel off. seller being very difficult.

The thermostat is fiddly ti use and has never reached maximum heat output.

A smart piece of kit.
This was a replacement product for a thermostatic element (by a different manufacturer) in an en-suite towel-rail which had failed after some 8 years or so of almost constant use. The product is manufactured by a Polish company - Terma. It's very smart and is far better looking than the image on the ad. It came very well packed and with a good (multi language) manual/installation instructions. It's a bit different to the normal single "prong" element - it has two. However it fitted perfectly into the towel rail and my local electrician found it easy to install. The controller is in stainless steel with 5 LED lights signalling the temperature level with + or - and on/off switches below. There's a good length of cable attached. Thus far it has worked to my entire satisfaction and I'm delighted with the product.
