It works just fine so that the water doesn't pool on the tile ...
We bought this to go inside the door from the pool into the house. It works just fine so that the water doesn't pool on the tile (slippery = bad). The colours and pattern are very close to the pictures and the size is withing tolerances to the description.The nap is fine for walking on with wet, bare feet, and the rubber backing means it doesn't move around on the tile.

Thin,cheap, okay for a year or two until the backing crumbles and falls off, then you throw it away.
