Great product!
There is a definite learning curve - but the earlier reviews and you tube videos are very helpful. Especially helpful is the video on pulling the thread thru the last loop so that the hem can't unravel! Now my only difficulty is in changing thread color, but that's the nature of the needle. It is getting easier with practice. I do alterations, so use this frequently and am very pleased with it.
