The best thing I have ever bought!!!Suffered horrific sciatica for years and after just 2 nights of using this the pain has completely gone, I went from not being able to walk half a mile without being in agony to being able to walk 5 miles with the dog with no pain at all - this truly has changed my life.

Best knee cushion I've had; well-designed, comfortable, with just the right level of 'squish' and in my view, better than the traditional 'x'-shape. I'm small (5'2") and that may be a factor. No digging-in or fiddling to re-arrange it. Long delivery wait but so inexpensive and brilliant, it doesn't dent the rating.

It is really comfortable

I am a little disappointed that the pillow is smaller than expected. I am very thin and have long legs and the pillow doesn't really cushion my legs enough and my knees touch each other which is a problem for me as it's painful to sleep with them touching. I have managed to change the position to allow some comfort at night but it's not as good as I would like. I am relieved that I didn't pay a vast amount of money to purchase this

This was a good price and similar to others at a higher cost. But be warned, it takes ages and ages to come as it is from abroad and I probably would not have bothered if I had known how long it would be. I think it helps but during the night, the pillow does move if you do so it is not foolproof. However, it is comfy and feels ok so for the price, I would recommend it. But not for the length of time for delivery

Very comfortable, the memory foam has come flat after a few uses. Which sadly makes it really uncomfortable

I've been using my pillows for years for comfort and a friend told me about a similar product so I researched it and it sounded amazing BUT it was expensive especially to try it and for it to be a waste of money. So I checked other suppliers and came across this one. I was sceptical due to it's extremely low price... BUT I was silly to be sceptical!!! This product is fantastic, I am fortunate not to have back problems and I am relatively fit and strong but it I didn't realise how beneficial this product was until my first night's sleep with it. I tossed and turned less and after the first week of using it I could actually feel my lower back stronger when I first get out of bed in the morning. I have been using it 2wks now and I can feel the muscles around my pelvis and lower back engaging immediately as I stand up. AMAZING PRODUCT AT A SILLY PRICE.... DON'T QUESTION THIS PRODUCT JUST BUY IT!!!!

Trying this to help with hip & back pain when sleeping. So far it has been very good.
