I am very satisfied with the ease of use with this device! I breathe easy, snore less, and my wife says I sleep better with it in too. While it does tend to fall out in the middle of the night, my wife's happiness means more than the inconvenience of putting it back in my nose.

Eh.... no instructions to tell you how the two other pieces that come with co-inside with the device. Looks like youbeither use the small nose pieces or the filter. In any case, neither really stopped my husband from snoring.

Cannot fit my nostrils

Because of this I can sleep. My husband snores incredibly bad at night, now I barely hear a thing!

Terrible product. Doest fit at all, hurts nostrils. Doesn't help breath better.
