Yes I have too much time on my hands and our whole family is trying to find stuff to do instead of sitting inf front of the TV all the time. So, I have a friend that has been doing cups for all occasions and loves to make her Christmas presents personal. She has a homemade cup turner but told me what and how to decorate.Well, I stepped it upa notch and bought this cup turner for our crafts the decorating was hard enough the first two time did not want to worry about the turner. (we had fun making some ugly stuff at first) getting the hang of it now and doing personalized tumblers this weekend for a party.This turner machine was super easy to I did watch the video that was uploaded and helped me which can quickly help you to assemble the machine within few minutes. Comes with4 arms & 2 speeds so you can have the best configuration, have fun and do-it-yourself 

Update: Ordered a replacement machine and within 2 days was received. The nuts and screws all worked really well. The electric switch wasn't broken and the screw fit the turning bar (it didn't on the first one). It still has a small scratch on the base of the turner, but if that's all, I'm a VERY happy camper. Thank you for making things right! Sending the old one back in!! <3 <3 Now on to making Christmas gifts!!I received this product super quick. That was the best part. I was very disappointed when I realized that the power switch is completely cracked which makes me nervous because of the electricity, there was nothing for the metal rod to keep it in place (instructions mention using a screw but there weren’t enough and it looks like others use a pin that holds it) and two of the nuts aren’t threaded correctly so they don’t tighten past what is shown in the picture. There is also a small scratch on the base which is minor, however I expected everything to come in perfect condition. (The packaging shows where the protective cover for the base was ripped into which is where the scratch came from in the packaging) I’m so sad that I wanted to start using the turner this weekend and now I can’t.I’d love to update the review once everything is corrected. But as it stands I’m not a happy customer. :(

The media could not be loaded.  Foam is too big for some tumblers and too small for the others. The foam is so hard it won't squeeze into the smaller tumblers. I added the extra foam straps to make it fit my bigger tumbler and then the tumbler was too heavy and the foam piece kept falling off the bar. Finally, I put a rubber band along the post and it stopped falling off. I thought I was going to like the fixed post over the removable one but if you want to put glitter on the bottom of the tumbler on this one, you have to tip the entire unit up instead of just the post. Also, since you want the cup to stay on the foam tightly so it doesn't fall off while spinning, you can't pull the post out to put it on the cup drying stand.

I have been bored at home , so I wanted to DIY some unique cups. I have serarched the tumbler for a few days, compared to other tumblers, this price is very good. The price has hardly increased. Fast delivery. Item arrived quickly, made me happy. When I opened it, it hasn't made me disappointed.Pros: 1. Separate switches control each arm.2. Metal sticks are removable from machine, doesn't take up a bunch of space so that is a great benefit.3. I have met no issues with the motor over heating.4. two speed options:5rpm and 8rpm, quickly to epoxy cups.5. use metal pipes instead of pvc pipes, seemed a bit more durable.6. the product has uploaded a install video, help customers assemble it, very thoughtful.Cons: 1. I wished the factory equipped with more bolts, so make was more firm.2. the tumbler can only afford 25ozs at max.I have met some issues, the customer service is nice, overall, four star for product quality, five star for service!

UPDATE: I contacted the vendor and unfortunately they could replace the same turner that I got originally, but they sent a similar replacement (no questions asked) and it's wonderful! I've made 2 cups with it so far. Super quiet, sturdy, and I love how easy is it to get the cup even for a good spread on the epoxy. Would definitely recommend.This cup turner was super easy to assemble. When I first turned it on, it was super quiet. Because of my limited space, I normally work on my tumblers at the end of the night and let them run overnight for 6-8 hours while the epoxy cures and turn it off first thing in the morning. But after the first use, it was making this horrible squeaking noise.I have my second cup on it tonight and within an hour of it running, the same horrible squeaking sound. I'm not sure if it's a dud, but I will definitely contact the vendor for a replacement or refund.

I purchased this turner June 2020. An i love it. I only did a few turners. I did ALOT of wine glass stem and stemless, shot glasses and even beer mugs. They only thing I wish is that thy would of had a link where you can purchase extra foam rolls.

I needed a 2nd tumbler and purchased this one. Not impressed with it straight out of the box, but after spending more money modifying it, I got it working ok. The bolts, no matter how tight we got them, always came loose and fell out. Fixed it buying locking nuts from the hardware store. Also did not like how the foam for holding the tumbler came. Replaced with a foam football and works for now. For the pros, quiet strong motor, solid metal construction, reversible.

I purchased the 4 cup turner and so far it has been pretty sturdy and the motors have held up. I like the fact that one side turns faster than the other. The bars are sturdy. One thing I don’t care for was the foam sticky’s to hold cups onto it. These came undone and I ended up rigging them with foam footballs. Other than that I hope this thing will last for a long time.
