I have had this chin strap for one month and used it every night and while it is comfortable (for a chin strap), this certainly is not a "high quality" chin strap. The Velcro does not always catch like it should, you occasionally have to put pressure on it for the hooks to lock into the loops and the stitches on the edge guard material had already started un-weaving in now than one place. I gave a two star review and that was primarily based on comfort, otherwise it is definitely a one star product.

I have tried several different chin straps. Most cut into my ears and were uncomfortable. This is the first one that I have found that really is easy to use and works. I will buy it again. MyAir scores have been consistently (99-100-) improved since I started using this product.

So it does hold your jaw shut. I did not find it comfortable. I put it on wrong several times before figuring out which straps went where. I have apnea largely due to nasal congestion. So this really didn't help. What was I thinking?

Item is so small that they include additional velcro strips to make it big enough. The extra strips were too much of a hassle to mess with, and the "hook" surface of the velcro could not be attached so that it didn't touch the skin. I just threw the whole thing away.

Reason it doesn't work is that it stretches too much.

Might not fit someone with a larger head

It was great at first, but it's falling apart now. I haven't had it that long. The seams are ripping at the velcro areas.

I was excited to order this after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, this did not help with my husband’s snoring, will be returning.
