Arrived lightened fast and packaged well! Worked great for relieving my painful hands and moisturized very well on the first use.. Just wish it would have came with booties for the feet. (Not included) The machine gets hot really quickly so test the wax before diving in! Only extras I need to buy is foot booties and a thermometer. I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THIS PURCHASE!

Great product but heats the wax up very hot, no matter what setting I put it on.

The product works fine. The directions are a bit vague but it’s easy enough to figure out.

I think this product is great. I’ve owned for a few months now. I bought one extra block of paraffin in addition to what was included and it still could have held more. I’ve never had one problem using it. Even considered buying another as a gift.

There's a lot to like about this product: unit is designed well for its intended purpose and easy to set up and use. BUT - after heating, the low temp setting gets the wax down only to 55C (131F), which is higher than recommended for normal use on hands and feet (51.6C -- 125F). I'm keeping it because of the good price, but shutting it off after wax melt and using a candy thermometer to show me when its down to a comfortable 51.6C.

I'm happy with this wax machine. It's soothing for my pain, it softens the skin, and the temperature is right for me.
