I purchased one of these some months back and its so useful. First off, let's be clear, its not a heavyweight tripod, and a lot of the hardened photographers will turn their noses up at it as not nearly sturdy enough, but this isn't designed for use in studios, and I probably wouldn't trust it to hold a big heavy (and expensive) SLR.The unusual feature of this mount is that it has short legs at the base, so its footprint is much smaller than a regular tripod, about 40cm from leg tip to leg tip when fully extended, but for small cameras, gopros, phones, etc, you can reduce that to just 20cm and its still quite stable. This means that I can use it in crowded environments such as small gigs where a full tripod would be impractical, I can squeeze it into a corner of the stage without it being conspicuous to the audience, or a trip hazard for the band. It is also light enough to use as a good-length monopod, but with the added adavantage that I can stand it on the floor easily if I need my hands free for something.It comes with a black nylon tote bag and weighs next to nothing at all. Just like mic stands, some people will throw them around, over-tighten screws, force the poles down without releasing the clips first, drop heavy boxes on them, and then complain that they are cheap and shoddy and not sturdy enough, but if you are sensible and you will get a lot of good usage out of this, and its good value for money.

I bought this to use for my small photo studio for online selling and it has been exactly as expected - if not better!It has a very good height range - going from handheld right up to around 150 centimetres. The legs are held in place with 3 different clips per leg, so it’s pretty stable. Your camera is held in place either using the little screw or the phone holder. Either way works fine.The included Bluetooth remote control has been good too - usually a lot of my photos have a shadow in them because of the way the lighting is set up and I have to be there to click the photo. Now I don’t have to be right there - I can move my shadow out of the way and take a great shot!I am very pleased with this tripod and will certainly look at this brand in the future should I need something more advanced.

Perfect for what I wanted. I sell products knline and need to take pictures of me wearing them. Yhis stick is just right for it.Sometimes the remote will take a second to connect with the stick but overall not a msin problem. I just take a sample picture before I position myself in front of the camera.I even used it in the garden a few times. No supet sturdy but very lightweight if you need to travel with it.Thanks!

Reviewing after having it a few months, only used half a dozen times.Lightweight enough and easy to transport. Adjusts to several heights which is great. The remote is great although i find it sticks sometimes - not sure if that could be down to the battery needing replaced though.The tripod itself seems sturdy enough but the legs are really flimsy - the slightest bit of pressure and one of the legs broke already. So now it's just a bipod. I taped it together but it stands lopsided now. The phone holder is quite stiff to adjust as its just spring loaded so it's hard to pull it out to fit your phone and actually place your phone in without it springing back.

Hi guys. I just opened box with my mobile phone stents and looks great. I tried different positions and works for me very well, I have not tried the control remote yet. From the top to the bottom everything went well to me. Delivery pretty quickly too. I will recommend this item and company as well.Thank you

Useful , light weight and two in one selfie stick. It is stable even at the maximum length. The remote control looks like a plastic toy but it works fine which is the most important. It is very good product for the price when I bought it (~13.5 £). Before buying it, I didn’t find on amazon cheaper price with the same length. I do recommend this product.

Great product which ticks all the boxes. Good value for money study and compact

Easy to set up and use. Really liked the fact that the remote can be used to take photo of video (by holding the button down). Nice and light to carry. Although this was a problem in windy weather when the tripod blew over.
